Damaged
merchandise is readily credited. All other product returns are determined
on a case-by-case basis depending on the terms and conditions of the product
manufacturer. All products disputes must be made within 14 days of
delivery. Monogrammed, personalized and altered items can not be
credited unless damaged or defective.

Provide
details regarding the merchandise you are wanting to return or exchange.
Our Customer Care Associate will confirm back with additional instructions and
provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). YOU MUST HAVE the
RA# in order to return or exchange any merchandise.
